Horror FPS games

can anyone recommend fps games which are really scary?
I have heard wonderful reviews ofthese two games:

system shock 2
aliens versus predator classic 2000 (playing as colonial marine)

and some fps focused on exploration with original weapons?

Thanks a lot for all the recommendations.
I will start with the rpg-esque SS2. It looks old but will fit my crappy laptop, besides i prefer retro and not too much realistic visuals because compels artists to find a more original atmosphere/expression
