Ever played it?

My favourite game

, although it's actually quite hard to start out with. (Just do the tutorials)

Ye it's better than LoL, because:
a) LoL heros like VEIGAR is op
b) DOTA is just better :lol:

Actually there's a lot of reasons why Dota is better than Lol:
-All heroes are free, so Valve really tries to balance them all, not making the new ones the most powerful, like our buddy Riot does.

-All in-game purchases are strict cosmetic, while in Lol you can buy stuff that gives you an advantage over players that don't pay anything.

-The graphics and customization of the hero are better. In Lol you have a skin that changes your hero completly, while in Dota each hero has a number of slots where you can put your items, making it more customizable.

Very debatable. VERY.

a. No champion is OP in my opinion. Many of them have balancing issues, but none of them are OP. Veigar, for one, is strong, but he is only "OP" if you let him demolish your team early-mid game. Otherwise, he's more or less a liability late game. The same logic certainly applies to DOTA champions.
b. No comment.

There's a lot more I could say about this, but I'll keep it simple in this thread. To each his own.

There are, like, 30-35 champions that are used in competitive LoL play now? When I watched the last Dota major there were a total of 95/110 heroes picked. League's champs are so similar that you end up with Lucian getting a tiny buff and he balls out of control because he's simply more efficient than other ADCs. You end up with everyone getting the same item build because it's simply more efficient than alternatives.

DOTA also is MUCH more complicated.

You can deny Cs
Runes
u can lvl up to lvl 25
There more items
Jingling is different and not just smite
Heros are far more diverse, one hero even has 9 abilities
It's also far more balanced

I dislike Dota because of the gold denial in it. It just feels way too dirty to me.

Gold denial can be seen like this
Every creep or troop has a bounty placed on them and you need to kill them, but there is a catch, if you kill someone on your own side then the gold earned from them is nullified
