That's a really cool concept. It reminds me of the Golden Compass, and we don't have as many female heroes. I could think up some powers, but why don't you come up with a hero fitting that concept?
If you can't think of four powers and a hero spell, then five powers could fit KRF, or you could only make two and say it's for KR
I once created a Eskimo warrior woman riding a walrus. Maybe I'll type that up.
