Liv [Hero concept]

Liv

Appearance:

Liv a young girl with an athletic build. She has long brown hair that flows with her movement. Her eyes are bright green. She wears a white blouse-like top with green flower patterns and light-brown shorts. She also wears a wide leather belt and leather sandals, and a big yellow flower (in her hair). Liv's weapon of choice is a wooden combat staff, which she uses for offense and defense in almost the same manner.

Liv has a nice and likable personality. She is very jolly and jumpy and energetic.

Stats:

Health: 450
damage: 15-23 (she uses multiple types of staff strikes to hit opponents. she sometimes does a jumpkick in between staff attacks, just to show off :D )
attack speed: fast (just slightly slower than Reg'son)
armor: none
magic resistance: none
movement speed: fast
heal rate: fast
respawn: 15s

passive: Liv has 25% chance to parry enemy attacks with her combat staff. Blocking an attack doesn't reduce her attack speed.

Skills:

1. Rushdown (passive): Every enemy that dies near to Liv grants her a life force. If Liv kills the enemy herself, she gains three life forces. A life force is a small green orb that heals Liv for 2/4/6% of her total health. A little green bar above Liv's head shows how many life forces Liv has collected. When Liv has collected exactly 24 of them, she goes into rush mode, which does a couple of things: It increases movement speed, attacking speed and heal rate by 15/25/35%, it increases parry chance by 5/10/15% and it makes cooldown come off twice as fast. Basically, skill cooldown decreases by 2 seconds every second. It also makes the small bar flash green and yellow, and a green aura can be seen in a circle right under Liv. Rush mode depletes 4 life forces every second, but Liv can collect more live forces even while in rush mode to extend the time that rush mode is active.

2. No Rush (passive): life force depletion while in rush mode is decreased by 1/2/3 while moving.

3. Vault Kick (16s): Liv leaps forward and places her staff on the ground. She then swings around her staff twice while kicking all nearby enemies in the head, dealing 20-30/40-60/60-90 damage per hit (can hit up to two times max). Liv is completely invulnerable to all sorts of damage and debuffs while swinging. After completing her second swing, she jumps of and lands on her original position once again, not touching the ground once throughout the whole attack. Vault Kick can only be used when Liv is out of combat.

Rush mode: kicks also stun enemies for 1/1.5/2 seconds.

4. Punt Stunt (14s): Liv holds her staff on the far end of it and points it at her enemy. She then quickly pushes the staff forward with her other hand, right into her enemy's stomach. The force of this attack deals 20-30/40-50/60-70 damage and pushes the enemy back. Liv then leaps in the air, does a 360 to gain momentum (and to look real flashy), and does a followup attack that deals 30-50/60-80/90-110 damage to the primary target and all enemies in a large cone in front of her. Liv then does a quick backflip to get back to her original position. This ability can only be used when Liv is in combat.

Rush mode: The followup attack also pushes enemies back, but not as much as the punt attack.

Hero Skill. No time to waste!(75s/60s/45s/30s): Buffs a tower for 30 seconds, decreasing ability cooldown by a third. Abilities that are chance based (Crimson Sentence and Perfect Parry) gain a third extra percentage chance (for example, 1/3 of 30% = 10%, so Perfect Parry would have a total of 40% chance of becoming invulnerable). For abilities that summon extra units ('Arcane Sentinel' and Runed Bears), the buff decreases respawn time by a third (or 'inactive time', in case of Arcane Sentinel). The buff is represented by a green aura, similar to the aura of Liv herself when she is in rush mode. The buff doesn't stack.

I thing you should increase the damage by 10 or 20
Ps I really like how she has a 25 percent chance of blocking each attack it makes her very cool

Wouldn't increasing her damage make her OP though (if she isn't already :D )? Liv already has higher damage than Reg'son, and she attacks almost as fast as him while NOT in rush mode. So when she is in rush mode, her dps would outclass Reg'son's dps, which is pretty impressive already.

Pretty cool, though I feel as if the quotes don't mesh with the likable personality.

I actually think she's really cool. Basically stereotypical ENFP.

ENFP's ftw!
