KRO Campaign idea: Shower of Red

by Ruby_Hex » Thu May 12, 2016 11:52 pm

Okay, so I decided to split up some of the topics from my original "Idea Room." (Which will now be exclusively dedicated to my heroes.) Here, we have my first campaign idea: Shower of Red!

:hero: Kingdom Rush Origins Campaign Idea: Shower Of Red :hero:

Plot: “General! It is a dire time indeed! Our old ally, the gnome king is dead and his once peaceful land has been taken over by the infamous warlock, Aldanc, the gnomish warlord. He has amassed a formidable army out of the gnome-kings militia and the savage redcap hordes, forcing a fungal infection upon the land and not only that, but something more than just munchshrooms are being devised in those pits... We must stop Aldanc's warpath at all costs! What's more, is that Aldanc's forces have reached the verdant edge, where the gnome's source of playfulness and magical ability, the great tree Maibranch, is at stake! To battle!!”

Notes: The three levels take place along the verdant edge just in case you were wondering where the levels were located. Although most of the enemies aren't that hardy, they are very numerous (even the stronger ones) and they have strength in numbers.

Returning enemies: Redcap, Gloomy, Boomshroom, Munchshroom, Fungus Breeder, Sword Spider, Webspitter Spider, Spider Brood, Bandersnatch.

He is also slightly smaller than Greenmuck and has much, much more human features from the waist up, such as an actual round head with branch-antlers and softer features.
Death animation: Aldanc glows a pale green and turns back into Maibranch, rooting himself to his spot of death.
Description: An infamous and sufficiently insane gnome warlord, his new form is the perfected result of natural magic meshed with corruptive energy,

So, there's a problem here.
That being the lack of levels. We don't know what comes where, or at least on this post.

The ideas are good though.
KRA is now complete.

I have been wanting to add an order of when the enemies appear, I've just never gotten around to it. Thanks though!
