Okay,as promised,I will now review your update. :)

First off,do boats in the Argent Lake give gold? :?
If so,this was not stated. ;) To me,it would make
sense if they gave an amount of GP's equal to the
combined bounties of the enemies inside the boat.
But,this might make the level too easy to get a lot
of GP's in.(because 400 HP is rather easy to kill.)
For this reason,I suggest that boats either have 800 HP
or give half of the combined bounties of the enemies
inside the boat. :)

I like the new power that enforcers have;it's really
cool. :) And,while on the subject of enemies,I guess
I'll review the new enemy in this level,too.
My reactions while reading of the enemy(Orc Shadow-
mancers):
"Hmmm....interesting concept.Simple,but at the same
time,cool.*scrolls back up*Wait a minute,WHAT IN THE
WORLD DOES 505 MAGIC RESIST MEAN?!Well,whatever
it is,it sounds massively OP.*cowers in fear* :cry:

I've already stated my thoughts on the slingshotters,but
I would like to inquire as to what this "equal" three-way
chance for the effects of Birdshot to happen are.How can
an equal chance be split among three effects?There is no
such number. :?

OK,now for the elven level.
The new tower is very balanced and quite creative.I LOVE
that meditation power,it's super cool. :D However;
WARNING:
[+] SPOILER
I will not change an elven monk hero that I've been
drafting for a week or two,as of now.He has some meditating
powers.Thankfully,they aren't too similar to your tower's meditat-
ion.

The enemies are nothing special,cool I guess.Not much else to
say about them. :P

And finally,the Dwarven level.
I like the design of it a lot,and especially like the Gold Veins. :D
The new tower is really cool,but they're damage is disappointingly
low. :( If they're are meant to be the tank barracks,the low damage
is fine;though if they're meant to be tanks,they should at least have
60% armor. ;) Their most striking feature is the really awesome sound-
ing abilities. :)

The Bassault enemies are cool,though I do feel like they should have some
kind of resistances,or they'll ultimately not survive long enough to make
their power a challenge to the player. ;)
The Fusiones are awesomeness.Great job! :D

Overall,I don't find many faults in the levels,and they're pretty cool. :)
Keep up the good work. :)

Editing will be made in a few minutes.
Changes:
-I'll make the boats give 1/2 of the combined bounties, and more HP.
-I think you realize the magic resist was a typo.
-I'll add the armor, and maybe a little HP.
-I'll add armor to the Bassaults.

The Shadowmancer is nicely countered by the Slingshot Squad. It was hard to tell at first what the purpose of the tower was, as it seems to overlap quite easily with the crowd-controlling artillery towers, but the bouncing and chance for a hard-hitting single strike seems more akin to taking down an enemy in the back who's causing lots of trouble, such as summoners.

There seems to be more that could be done with the tower, though. The Boulder attack is just filling the second ability space, rather blatantly. Something that more efficiently hit enemies in the back while hurting the minions they summon could easily replace it.

Boulder Shot could launch a boulder that rolls down the path, dealing damage to enemies all along the path, with a longer cooldown to compensate for the increased AOE. Further upgrades could magnify the distance that it rolls and how much damage it deals. :)

I had an idea for one of the upgrades of the archer tower
Flames of hell( every 10 seconds the archer tower takes a fire projectile that burns that ground doing 10 damage to a ground enemy per second for 3 seconds)

@BBB:
Interesting idea. I think I'll add it.

@RZRider:
While the idea is cool, it A. isn't as good as bloodletting shot, another 5th tier upgrade, and B. demons, and their land, are bad in KR.

The format makes each symbol look like it's part of some Hieroglyphic translation. They're cool, but simple. I don't mean to berate your drawing skill, because the pictures look nice. It just feels like something is lacking, such as a background or an effect around them (or both).

The Runemaster is cool, and has a lot of AOE-focused skills that make him seem like a Phoenix-style mage for the Dwarves, which is a really, really amazing concept. The Hero Spell that buffs soldiers with 3 different sets of armor, health, and damage has various levels of power for each set. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but they are imbalanced. The 30% armor boos set is on the weaker side, and the 100 HP bonus is very powerful and helpful for stalling enemies.

The only other skill verging on being OP would be the vines. 270 damage total plus stalling per 15 seconds is noticeably stronger than his other powers. Compare it to the earth rune that shoots little rocks for 84-252 damage total.

I'll review the other heroes after you reply. :)

You keep adding more and more layers and I keep loving it.

My God, my ideas feel so unoriginal now. The next hero I am making is a Dwarven Rune-focused Hero :evil:

Love the new Barracks, although the Elven monks seem a little underwhelming in the damage department without their hefty upgrades. The Deepstone miners seem cool, especially with their anti-mage focus, but some more mages would be needed in the enemy army to make that pay off, especially as the only magic-resistant dwarf enemy is flying.

@BBB:
Yeah, I might add color to them at some point, but for now they'll remain black and white.
Note: Any guesses for what they represent?

I'll edit the Runemaster in a few hours.

@Kingmaker:
Thanks!
Sorry that I keep beating you to the punch...
The monks are supposed to stall, and then begin to weaken and damage enemies with upgrades.
There will be more magic resistant enemies, and Deepstone Infusion has a secondary effect, which won't be listed for a while.

I can guess the first image belongs to the slingshot tower, but otherwise, I have to keep checking back to re-read the towers before I forget them. It's a lot of info to take in and I unfortunately don't have the time like I did over the summer to dedicate myself to memorising all of the traits of a Fanfiction. The most I can remember is that, after reading the tower, it's nicely balanced, fits with the race it belongs to, and is pretty cool for a reskin of the normal tower archetypes.

The Witch hero is a little bit less interesting now after reading the Runemaster. She just isn't as on par with him, having mostly AOE-based attacks but with more limitations on enemy number and a couple of DPS powers like Death Ray. You should try to replace some of the abilities with more fun as well as strategic powers. Her hero spells are all really awesome and she isn't entirely bad, but it is a step down from the Dwarven Mage.

That sucks. But, at least I did the tower right.

I might change a few things, but I like how she is, mostly.

Looking again, the towers deserve stronger positive descriptions than what I gave them. I'd give examples, but they're all so brilliant that I'd have to name them all to show how good they are. The towers speak for themselves, in this case. ;)

The new towers are brilliant and you have countered my arguments about them. It is late so I will take a look at the rest in the morning :D
