Restoring purchase issue

Hello:
I played the game in 2016 and bought Ajax and Dr. Graff on my ipad. I switched to my phone and noticed all my progress are gone. I also cannot restore the champions since there isn't an option. I have icloud enabled. I would like to know how can I solve the problem and get my progress back, or at least be able to restore the champions that I have bought. I still have the purchase history of the heroes.

I wrote to [email protected], and it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back from them

The iPhone and iPad are different versions.

But how are they different when they are the same IOS account? They are both IOS version. Or does that mean I need to pay twice for the same in-game purchase?

I have been able to play it on my iphone a while back too, those data were all there. All I want is a restore link
