Eiskalt: 13 - I don't dislike Eiskalt - it's Uranato (for it being a paid hero) and Barbossa (he hates all ice creatures, dunno why). I personally like all the dragons in the franchise.
Murglun: 12 (+1) Nice aesthetics, plus I like the lava theme of the dragon. Only problem is the long CD of the instakill and the Passive (which doesn't work with ANY of his other skills).

Well the general consensus on the discord disagrees. Probably because she deals more damage overall. She dishes out more damage than beresad by her just basic attacking. Not to mention the tower support she gives. The thought that her hero spell makes her geyser instakill irrelevant or obsolete is illogical cause an instakill is an instakill and the Geyser has a significantly shorter cooldown than her hero spell (40s shorter). Her innate skill isn't designed to be her primary damage output in the first place it's just extra, in the same goldlust is extra, and Eiskalt slowing breath are extra. Both would still be excellent heroes without these innates.
