It's supposed to be hard to figure who the Mafia are. That's the main part of the game. Also, they're unbelievably outnumbered, so it's not like they don't have any disadvantages to gripe about.
I can agree with the Governor thing, though 3 votes is too much; 2 would be better. Again, though, I won't change the rules mid-game. I personally get very frustrated when stuff like that happens in games, and I'm sure others would too. However, if
everyone agrees to the few changes that you've suggested and that I've approved, then I guess we could incorporate them in this game.
