The point of the question is to see what things you'd like to do if you had the power to, so, Kingmaker, why do you want to make more money? Surely there's a goal beyond just making more money.

I would use it to help me progress in my game development career, probably with equipment and the like. Depending on how things turn out, I might have excess money to then use for advertising.

Development of the race. However radical or changing that is.

I could go against the gun lobby by counter lobbying or by changing the law by putting it into my own hands.

I could make an education system that teaches that learning and teaching to learn are great

I could invest in the fight to cure diseases and fund free healthcare for anyone

I could fund something to resurrect me when some Arsehole kills me for trying to help people

Yeah I would just keep almost all of it in my bank. There aren't really many luxury items that are worth buying IMO.

I'd probably do the same as Kingmaker, though that's probably because I have an investor's mindset, too ^-^ .

I've got quite a sum of money that I use entirely for investments, and the way it works is it's sort of like an addiction. Instead of spending the money you earned off of investments on stuff you want, you use it on more investments to get even more money. A big amount of personal satisfaction comes from just watching the money rise and rise >:D .

I'm not a selfless type, though. If I had a million dollars, I'd use it on investments investments investments and probably not bother sharing it with anyone. Maybe once I have way too much I'll consider actually using it to buy something for myself or other people, but otherwise, investments ftw!! :b .
