That vid has a lot of information.
First off, the main enemies (race?) are called the Fellwrights.
Based on the fact that the Etherium counter (top left) constantly regenerates, it's plausible that Etherium is generated from a building, instead of w/ worker units like Starcraft.
On top of that, there seems to be a unit counter, meaning there is likely a Starcraft-esque supply/control/psi system.
The top right are menus and quests, I'm guessing.
Hero's in the bottom left, and seems to have two activated abilities. However, they seem to have a red and blue countdown time. Not sure what that means.
The large circle on the bottom, closest to the center, seems to be a spell that summons mini-turrets.
And the other three icons in the bottom right seem to be power-ups, I'm betting. The first summons an air strike.
Red circle building looks to be a training center.
The orange one is an Etherium Mine/Extractor.
Yellow looks to be a command center or something.
Green's a turret.
And the light blue looks to be a place to get Etherium/place Mines.
Interestingly, things are constructed from the Mines.
Red's the Fellwright lab/nest.
Orange shows the Mine activating some kind of shield.
Apparently, the base defense upgrade pattern is non-linear.
The little mortar (red) can be upgraded into a machine gun turret (orange) or a missile turret (yellow).
However, later in the video we see Gonzalo upgrade the machine gun into a missile turret.
Seems to be pretty tempting for SJW's.
