KR: Vengeance Towers and Heroes

Since it was announced that there will be 9 "heroes" and 16!! unique towers, I painstakingly took it upon myself to rewatch the trailer tons of times and comb through every released screenshot to try to compile a list. What I currently have is 8 heroes, with a guess about the ninth, and 15 towers (I can't seem to find a 16th anywhere :( ) SO if anyone has any information at all, please comment, or even if you don't have new info, comment on what you think of my list/the heroes and towers over all!! So without further ado,

Heroes
1. Shadow Crossbow-Woman
2. Demon Mage
3. Orc Champion
4. Yeti Chieftain
5. Goblin Bombmaster
6. Mechsuit/Juggernaut
7. Tainted Treant
8. Black Dragon
9. ???, I'm guessing Vez'Nan

Towers
Melee:
1. Orc Camp
2. Dark Knight Barracks
3. Twilight Elves
4. ???

Ranged:
1. Shadow Archers
2. Goblin Boomerang Tower
3. Specters Mausoleum
4. Skeleton Boneyard

Magic:
1. Infernal Mage
2. Goblin Shaman
3. Black Hag Hut
4. Dark Sorcerer Gem Tower

Artillery:
1. Tainted Treant
2. Groundshaker
3. Goblin Rocket Riders
4. Goblin Balloon Tower

Please let me know if you have spotted tower #16, or have any corrections to my findings, or believe a tower should belong under a different category.

I'll confirm your guesses as fairly spot on, though there are some wrong ones.
Unfortunately I can't say which are right or wrong though.

As a beta tester I can confirm they did a really good job, might be the best KR, I just don't dare to say it because I love too much the other KR games as well... But I already replayed it 3 times and it's still fun because of the different towers.

This might be spoiler related but will certain towers be locked behind pay wall? I believe that this provides more opportunity down the road for more content if the devs want to release DLC. I am all for having more content and the way it seems it looks like we may be able to get additional towers and heroes in future updates. This also means that we can see towers locked behind a in app purchase. This is all speculation on my part and I am not totally against this idea I am just curious that is all.

You have Specters Mausoleum as a ranged tower, but the KRV trailer shows that it's a magic tower.

There are 5 towers that appear to be "obviously" magic towers, the mausoleum, infernal mage, orc shaman, cultist gem tower, and witch hut. I suspect the witch hut is the odd man out -- screenshots seem to show that the witch hut puts a flying witch unit in the path.

The lightning shaman hasn't been confirmed as a magic tower yet, but he appears in videos and his attack is just him standing on a pedestal while lightning bolts strike nearby enemies. It's reeeaaaaallly similar to how mage towers have worked in previous games.

Infernal mage and specters mausoleum are confirmed as magic towers. The corrupted gem tower isn't, but it looks just like an evil version of the sunray tower and very similar to the arcane wizard, which also uses a floating gem.

The witches would make sense as a magic tower, but they're pretty different from the other four.

What do the beta testers think of the Troll/Orc looking necromancer? I’ve always hoped they would put a necromancer hero in the game. Got close to that wish with the tower in frontiers, but now it looks like they’ve finally done it. Without spoiling anything major, is he fun to play? I’m considering him and the yeti to be the first heroes I buy. Based on the order they’re shown in on the website, I’m guessing the 3 after the free heroes will be the cheaper tier and the yeti, dragon and mech will be the big $ ones. I usually try to buy one expensive one and one lesser to start and then get the rest as I play through it again. Will probably play through the first time with Oloch cause I’ve always been a sucker for mage/ranged heroes. Magnus, Arivan and Vez’Nan are easily in my top five favorite.

I was levelling him up today, left him in melee combat. Still alive. Non squishy mage. I like him.

I think that black hags are defiantly a magic tower, and that Tainted Treants are artillery. From the screenshot and trailers it looks like TT's deal damage similarly to the DWAARP's in KRF. It is tough figuring out which towers are ranged and magic because in concept they look similar. I think the line up looks like this.
