Ever wanted to run your own nation in a multiplayer game that's not round-based and allows for minutious policy-checking? Then Nationstates is the game for you! Basically, you get a crappy but extremely customizable 2nd world country you're supposed to make great or ruin as you please.

The possibilities are endless! So far I've:

-Made a country explicitly around dwarves
-Allowed a nazi rally to be organized because free speech
-Allowed kids to swear like monkeys because free speech
-Did not force my citizens to donate organs because muh freedumbs
-Did not give a **** about my country's rising divorce problem
-Increased military spending
-Re-established the death penalty
-Am about to outlaw gambling.

No, seriously, I REALLY like this game.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Esquilache's national animal is the Nuclear Penguin, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Esquithocs.
