I might actually use her now...

That makes no sense. She doesn't have it.

My grammar.

I would actually use her if she had that skill. Possibly.

I will only use her if she gets a massive buf.
Some people believe football is a matter of life and death. I am very disappointed with this attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that.

If she got a buff, there's a possibility of there being a chance that I could, on lucky day, consider the fact that there's a possibility of me almost attempting to try using her.

She needs a MASSIVE buff.

Weak or not, her sacrifice is an example of greatness.

Great men are forged in fire. It is the privilege of lesser men to light the flame, whatever the cost.

That was dramatic.

So is this what inspired KRO hero spells?
In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

kevin32 wrote:Elite Hero skills are special skills that function like Rain of Fire, but they're custom made for each hero. Here are some options for implementation:

• It's manual controlled, with the same recharge time as ROF.

• It can have its own skill tree like ROF, with 6 levels. Level 0 has a local, low-powered effect, while level 5 has a battlefield wide, high-powered effect.

• Certain skills can cause conditions on the enemy (burning, poison, slowdown, etc).

• If it's too overpowered to use both ROF and Elite skills in the same stage, here are some options:
> Maybe there can be a menu option to choose between one or the other. However it's possible to use both and maintain some balance if the recharge time for Elite Skills is extended to say, 2 minutes. Either that, or Elite Skills can be single-use, meaning you can use it only once in the stage.
> Some form of grinding could be implemented. So the hero has to deal a certain amount of damage before the elite skill becomes enabled (and even this could be compounded, so the more damage dealt the stronger the elite becomes). Or perhaps a rage meter could be used, so the skill is enabled after the hero deals a certain amount of damage. Either way implies some sort of way of "earning" the use of the elite skill rather than waiting for it to recharge.

Elite Hero skills is simply a suggestion for variety. If you would like to suggest an Elite skill, spill it.

Nice (too op but nice)

Please take out the quote in your post, it fills up the page and you only posted a single sentence in reply.

This thread is open for suggestions, right?

Bonehart's Elite Hero Skill: Plague Swarm

Whirling green portals are formed at multiple spots on the map, all of which begins to release clouds of poisonous gases and send out Plague Carriers skywards, in all directions, homing into enemies.

Kutsao's Elite Hero Skill: Flaming Lances

Kutsao plunges both hands into the ground, using his Chi to forms a large number of red rods of energy out of the ground, stabbing enemies on a path, dealing damage and stunning them momentarily. Upgrading the skill results in higher damage more lances and allows the skill to target foes on nearby paths and around Kutsao.

Nivus's Elite Hero Skill: Magic Keeper

Nivus raises his staff and book, creating three runic symbols overhead as he casts the mighty Magic Keeper spell. After one moment, all enemies on the map receive several effects, distinctively marked by blueish magic whirl around them in patterns unique to each effect:

Level 1: Slow all units by 50% for 5 seconds.

Level 2: Slow all units by 60% for 7 seconds, and disable spellcasters for 5 seconds.

Level 3: Slow all units by 80% for 7 seconds, disable spellcasters for 7 seconds, and deal 60 magic damage over 3 seconds.

Level 4: Slow all units by 80% for 9 seconds, disable spellcasters permanently, deal 100 magic damage over 5 seconds. Each enemy has 5% chance to be locked in place for 3 seconds.

Level 5: Slow all units by 80% for 9 seconds, disable spellcasters permanently, deal 140 magic damage over 7 seconds. Each enemy has 10% chance to be locked in place for 4 seconds, and 5% chance to be disintegrated entirely.

Because such skills would be used in all stages, it is important to have special rules about how they interact with bosses.
Also I believe that their should be a mana/rage/energy (whatever) bar that would fill in the same way the experience bar filled in the original KR, through this you could use the ability.

Except for instant kills, which deals immense damage to bosses, and afflictions, some of which bosses are immune, the rest harm bosses normally.
