Added PUIKEE a new hero!

I couldn't help it I had to make a penguin but it's still a reall hero and please give reviews thanks! :D

Just the sheer comic relief of this hero... :lol:

I think it would be better if the hero just had magic resistance.
Spin spin spin seems a little redundant with Try to Fly though.
Explain Cobaggan please.
Try to Fly's stun is OP. It can stun almost infinitely, with the cooldown.
Snowball Volley needs a cooldown increase. Maybe 9-13 seconds?
Peck also needs a CD increase, maybe 7-10 seconds.

Tobogganing is when a penguin slides across the ground on his tummy
The ability is that when a enemy gets closer to the exit than Puikee he has a 50/70/90 percent chance of tobogganing after it he stops moving ones he caches up with the closest enemy to the exit

For the sniper, I think he should stop moving for a second while he's aiming at an enemy. During this time, he can't defend himself. Also, he can't snipe enemies that are too close and does more damage the farther they are. The first is more for looks than for balancing.

I am just going to review Finooth for now.
First, I would decrease his health to 200 at max. He doesn't need it, and it makes sense the sniper is weak. His damage per second his currently 31 which is really low. Dante, the closest hero to him, does 57 damage per second (I think he fires 1 shot per second) and Dante has 500 health, so Finooth needs a buff.
Even Dante, who is considered fast, has a pretty slow shot speed which feels a little faster than the time it takes for a sniper to fire to me. I would decrease his attack time to 1.5-2 seconds or 47.5-63 damage per second. Even so, it's still pretty low, so I would increase the damage to 110-120 or for 57-76 dps.
Other than that, I would suggest all the things in my previous post. :D

P.S. A 10% headshot instakill would be a nice addition.

You do realize that that would make him OP, right? Dante has extremely high DPS and shouldn't really be in the comparison here. ;)

Yeah, but Dante has 500 health at max level. If Finooth had a 2 second attack speed, he would have the same dps as Dante, making Finooth much weaker as he, as I suggested has 200 health so he can't stall.

Then why did you suggest that he have less HP? All that would do is make him UP without a DPS buff, which he doesn't need. ;)

He is a sniper but he is still a good swords man so I will not change his health but thanks for the review I will edit him soon

That's a really cool concept. It reminds me of the Golden Compass, and we don't have as many female heroes. I could think up some powers, but why don't you come up with a hero fitting that concept?
If you can't think of four powers and a hero spell, then five powers could fit KRF, or you could only make two and say it's for KR :lol:
