HERO DESIGN CONTEST

The theme for this contest is simple: design an original hero. Your hero is for KRO and must have the appropriate stats, 4 skills, and Hero Spell that other KRO heroes possess. This hero may be based off of another character, but not be the actual character. So, if Spongebob inspires you, make a hero called Spongepaul.

Guidelines

• A physical description of the hero to convey to everyone what to visualize as they read about your hero.
• A lore background for the hero. Minimum of a paragraph, maximum of 5 paragraphs. Make sure those are proper paragraphs, not walls of text!
• Clearly indicate the HP, heal rate, melee damage and rate, ranged damage and rate if applicable, armor, movement speed, and respawn time.
• Mention any innate traits after stats.
• Stats and abilities should be balanced to fit KRO. No OP or UP heroes!
• In bold, write the name of the hero's first skill, followed by the cost to upgrade it. Then, write down a description just like in-game for the ability, separating each upgrade's difference with a slash (/). If there is more explanation necessary than can be fitted into a 3-line long single sentence, continue the explanation a space underneath the skill.
• Write all 4 skills in order of how they would be used if all of them were active at once.
• The Hero Spell should be in bold and size 120 to indicate that it's a Hero Spell. Use the same format for describing it as the skills format.
• (Optional) Add a description of the hero's playstyle, how the hero is best used, the strengths and weaknesses, and such. Maximum of 2 paragraphs.
• (Optional) Add a song that best fits with the hero. It can be the theme song, playing in the background while the hero uses awesome abilities and attacks against hordes of powerful enemies in Endless Mode, or whatever else you imagine.
• Not adhering to the format will result in having your submitted entry edited to fit the format, which may result in the altering of other parts of the hero.
• Submit finished entries to me via PM. If there are changes to the entry, submit the changes to me either as the whole document so I can copy-paste it, or the list of changes and I'll do my best to incorporate them. The former optiom is preferrable.

You have 10 days as of this post's edit date to finish and submit your entry to me. I look forward to seeing your creativity.

Usually, I would laugh and nullify you post, but I am hyped for this contest, so I'm not going to do that.

Shit. I'm on tour with music to Spain from Monday to the Tuesday after. Fortunately I should have wifi and my phone the entire time. But not my laptop.

Thus, I should be able to enter.

However it may not be to the standard of my previous entries and some aspects, especially rendering and bolding of headings and titles may be difficult as selecting phrases on my phone is a little hazardous.

Additionally, I will be writing up the hypothetical hero as soon as possible in event of unhelpful WiFi in both the notes app and in a composed PM to get the aspects right for the forum, thus I apologise in advance should I accidentally send such a draft to somebody, and would ask that they simply ignore it.

i WISH if i could but i ran of ideas and im redesinging Other Side Again with less content. I got few heroes here and there and i´ve making like 5 heroes. With a drawing that ill make in Deviantart. I like to see others ideas.

Hopefully people won't really look at the lore when the voting starts. I usually end up with the most generic and cliche story ever.

You must design an original hero. A contest where we submit previously created heroes and pick the best intrigues me but lacks the anonymity that our contests need.

Self-drawn pictures are disallowed so that nobody knows it's your entry. Pictures from Google Images and the like are OK.

But we don't know FAB's art style, so we wouldn't be able to tell if it was him or not.

We know the art styles of other forum members, which would make it possible to eliminate certain people as creators of certain entries.

But we don't know all of them, thus forcing a guess. And besides, who really thinks that much just so that they can make a biased vote?

I'm not really sure if I got the balancing right because I don't really have much to compare my hero to, but whatever. I submitted anyway.

They're all assumed to be $5 heroes unless you want them to be something else, in which case you have to mention it.

Ok, thats it, im done, took some work but hopefully itll be worth it.
