Yep Quetzcoatl means The Feathered Serpent and Cielocoatl roughly means Sky Serpent. That is why his second ability is to turn into a giant serpent

My avatar was made by Martyrdom, a user that took hero requests and drew them. (Here's his thread.)

Sadly, he left after drawing my hero. :'(

I read the the thread. No rhyme intended and I'm sad that he left. It would have been cool to see the other heroes artwork! Luckily however we still have earandel and nomad hero.
