Well don't I feel silly! I voted for two that were not mine and had I voted for mine I'd be in 2nd place so far.

No worries, though, as I felt the two I voted for were quite deserving.

One of those was the Stone Eagle. I disagree with Julian and think that it sounds balanced as is;
Without the need to control it.

The second was The Tower (the second one) which I also thought was not OP because it takes your hero out of play in exchange for its third ability.

Firstly I'd like to thank Ironhide for finally hearing my pleas to enter the great halls of this forum. Seriously you guys are the best

Anyway I have my own version of what I think the armory is trying to get at which is a special boosting tower. From my understanding the armory is supposed to upgrade the other towers. Instead you could a have a building you repair that allows you to buy men that move back and forth between the building and the tower you select as a rally point. Once you do so the men start moving back and forth between their building and the tower selected with carts filled with appropriate ammo (archer towers have baskets of arrows in them, barracks have swords and shields, mages have glowing wands and crystals and artillery has dynamite or something else that would be universal even after the upgrade to the specialty towers). This would result in a small damage boost for a small amount of shots after a cart is brought to the base, say 1-2, and can stack but only so it is not worthless if the workers with the carts reach the towers in short succession. In addition I think that the men with carts can go to any tower, but can be intercepted by creeps, causing them to fight. They should have stats similar to a level 1 barracks troop, and if they die the cart should die too.

I quite like your idea, but to be honest I like the armory better because it is not
as complex... it doesn't clutter the screen with too much activity and needs
less attention. Others might just prefer a bit more complexity however :3

Looks like the Ironhide Golem is in the lead, with Stone Eagle and (the second) The Tower just one behind.

Four days are left, anything can change. Although for the last few days there's been absolutely no change whatsoever.


Oh, and it looks like one person voted for only one. I think I have a fair idea of who that is, and it's not affecting much.
