Restoring purchase issue

Hello:
I played the game in 2016 and bought Ajax and Dr. Graff on my ipad. I switched to my phone and noticed all my progress are gone. I also cannot restore the champions since there isn't an option. I have icloud enabled. I would like to know how can I solve the problem and get my progress back, or at least be able to restore the champions that I have bought. I still have the purchase history of the heroes.
I wrote to [email protected], and it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back from them
