Who's the smallest Hero?

Do any of you guys know who the smallest hero is? The hero concept kinda reminds me of League of Legends. (I play that) I just wanted to know who the smallest hero is. And also I was wondering how to ask ironhide or at least suggest a new hero to them. I was thinking a hero that's kinda like a Teemo and was like tiny compared to the other heroes. The hero should be able to poison with every shot.
