Dont get me wrong, I love Apple products.
I have ... an iPhone, iPad1, iPad2 and now we bought a Mac book pro.

But What apple is doing really hurt indie game developers like us.

If Apple does not take action on this issue, is encouraging other developers to do the same.

I bought the application just to see what they had done, I can say it's horrible, poorly programmed, it lacks many things, has no balance, etc etc. Not only is stolen but deceives those who want to buy the real game.

I'd wish Apple would take copyright infringement more serious and faster. It is very sad for small studios to have to go through this, and also it is very sad that when things are so evident, apple doesn't make a stand and do the right thing.

Yes we are aware of that, but that doesn't come close to how the appstore app harms us. Happygames has the 1.03 version , it is a tiny fraction of our public and the version still carries our branding.
