4:02 - Icewind Pass Waves 12~14, using Big Bertha as my primary defense. Big Bertha, especially thanks to capped Dragonbreath Launcher (and I even have that at all) allows me to destroy Waves 12 and 13 simultaneously. Wave 14 isn't terribly hard past that.

11:22 - "..apply the skills needed to handle (meta-mechanics) or even come up with (meta-mechanics) in the first place to the benefit of others.." (Paladins being frontliners while Barbarians stick behind them)

11:28 - "..and just plain give inspiration to the newbies." (Paladins, who are vets, and Militia, representing newbies, facing each other)

And by the way, Ironhide's community, from what I can gather, AVOIDS the problems I complain about in the video. Of course, I'm not sure it actually does, but I think the worst issue would be the spambot advertisement topics.
