when? News and name for kingdom rush sequel

When is news for the sequal of kingdom rush 2 going to be released even though the forums is only been out for 11 days
Is the sequel going to be an update for kingdom rush or an entirely new name like Kingdom rush attack of zombies
and 3 if our humble donations has banked u enough money to last lifetimes can you (developers) keep the sequel a free game with free content BUT with a donation button (this is your descision)
