OOC: Due to my busy schedule (blame daily winter homework and constant studying), I give full mod rights to Zonoro.

And that is all I have to say about that.

I'm standing near the king when I hear a voice in my head. I quickly recognize it as the unidentified cosmic force that keeps telling me to kill things.

"Z, new mission. You're on the aliens' side now. You have full command of their armies and will be in touch with their leader, Aligorn. Your mission right now is to take Denas alive. No one knows about this."

I look over at Denas, who's talking to some elves and a kid.

This should be easy.

The sky is black and there are no more dragons.

There are only locusts.

OOC: Thank you for the more intelligent enemies.

Also I would really appreciate it if you told me what the God King's powers were and how strong is he. Besides my terrible writing skills, my battles are awful because I am not really sure what the God King can do.

Does he have extreme strength, stronger than a dozen dragons?

Does he have powers besides near immunity (right?) or are his minions the ones that are his entire strength?

Thanks again.

When I took over, Manijure said his powers were unspecified. Meaning whatever I want.

The God King is immortal and can summon infinite numbers of Anoobises and mummies, who cannot fly. He can also create plagues of locusts and do other stuff, some of which I have not decided yet. Know that he is incredibly powerful and cannot be defeated by one forumer, or possibly any number of them.

Your character is very powerful and can summon hordes of dragons, which is too strong compared to the other forumers, so the response is disproportionate also. The locusts will wipe out the dragons.

The God King will eventually get the Bloodsydian and you alone cannot stop that from happening. You would have to get more forumers to delay the God King for a substantial length of time.

After what had transpired, the respite at Silversword was welcome for Dierdre. Gl'bll was off doing goblin-y things somewhere and the sick and wounded had been tended to to the best of her abilities, all that was left was to wait. The eerie silence was unnerving, it was too quiet. The army that had attacked Linirea would surely have struck this place by now, yet nothing could be done, the lack of able action on her part was unable to leave her mind. Waiting, all that could be done. Without any suitable information she could not take the fight to the enemy, they were essentially sitting ducks here. She observed the king from afar, him conversing with several of his lieutenants.

Something could be done, the people needed to be protected.

OOC: Actually, my character cannot summon dragons (besides dragon shaped electricity that sizzles out after a few seconds). I actually wrote that somewhere a few pages ago. Basically, I said "the dragons are not part of my character, they just are part of a planet that is getting invaded", or something to the extent of that. It is sort of like how others work with King Denas. Except the problems is, there are no other forumers going against the God King, so I forced myself to do something against them a little stronger than a few musketeers.

Other forumers, can I have some help please?

I also want to point out, while my character may be stronger that others (although nowhere as near as strong as Juice Box's team) it seems closer to a reasonable power level to me. A few soldiers equipped only with a gun aren't going to be able to deal with an alien threat so powerful as the one we are facing. Please get an upgrade.

Also, thanks for the locusts. They are so much more interesting than the flying Aboobises.

OOC:

It's actually reasonable, what Zoey did. The "opponent" is supposedly getting buffs (if you can call it that?) to account for players like you, me and Aeris, who can single-handedly take down a lieutenant all on their own. Seeing as how me and Aeris are the most OP at the moment and you're weaker than both of us, it's quite logical that you'd lose to the God King :P .

To be honest, I really think the other Forum members (aside from you and Aeris, of course) should just buff themselves. Most of the characters haven't done anything particularly substantial to change the course of the story, and it's mostly because their characters are super weak (FDK, Manijure, Filiputnik if he's not in control of the Yordles, etc). Like say, even if the three I mentioned all teamed up with all of their characters, they still wouldn't actually have a chance at reaching a lieutenant, much less beating him, much less fighting surviving against Aligorn and his space armies. I agree that we shouldn't be capable of beating huge threats entirely on our own, like the God King, for example, but most of the players just don't have powerful enough characters. I'd hate it if the thread resorted to plot armor, making it look reasonable that a bunch of Yordles can take on an entire space army and more, but it might be what the story comes to if people don't decide to buff themselves.

Thankfully, BBB is joining the thread soon (atleast according to Discord), so hopefully he'll set an example and be nice and OP to all the evil baddies out there.

Anyways, I'm leaving the slaughter thread 'cause I gotta focus on college now, so yay have fun to y'all!! ^-^

IC:

"So let me clarify," Minuet asks. "We have to fight the Matriarch?"

"Yup," Repeat confirms.

"As in, evil pink alien overlord matriarch? How are we supposed to do that?"

"Correction, you have to fight the Matriarch. The six of us Superhumans are leaving the Slaughter Thread."

"What? Since when?"

"What do you mean since when? RJB (the Real Juice Box) specified that she'd make us leave once college started, since we won't be able to keep up with the workload. Just look at that quote I copypasted below."

As you can see, at January 4, 2017, 7:00PM, RJB clearly and specifically wrote:I've only got around two weeks before college starts again, though, which means only two weeks before I stop being bored out of my mind, so I'll have to leave once that shows up and all that.

"Oh, huh."

"Excuse me?" Cyne butts in. "Is that... serious?"

"Umm, yeah? Why wouldn't it be?"

"What? There is an intergalactic war going on! And you expect to leave because you have to take care of your studies?"

"Well, it's not just studies. It's also the parties and the making out."

"Who cares about your 'making out?' Peoples' lives are at stake here!"

"What did you just say, demon?" Juice rebuts. "Are you not considering the huge amount of dick that me and Repeat could be drowning in right now? Who cares about your 'lives' when the very process of making out is at stake?"

"Excuse me? Do you even realize how crucial the pale blonde is to this war? Her efforts saved the King! She razed half the entire Enhanced Reaper army effortlessly, and they continue to slaughter each other at this very instant! We need her to stay with us!"

"But we need to go to college!"

"Nobody cares about your stupid college! If you don't stay, we die!"

"But COLLEGE!"

"Are you even listening to me? Minuet, why won't you help me--"

"URRRRRGH--"

"I don't even know if you're seriously considering putting the lives of so many people at stake--"

"SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP--"

"Our people will die without you! The king will die without--"

"Whoa, hi," DM says as he is forcefully pulled in by Juice. "LOOK AT THIS FACE," the brunette says. "LOOK. AT. IT. Do you realize I could be making out with this face right now? Do you realize I could be making out with his dick right now? But ohwouldyoulookatthatI'mnot, because I have to fight your stupid war to save your stupid king and your stupid lives! Ugh, you're all so selfish!"

"I... I can't believe this. Are you really that shallow?"

"I understand where they're coming from," Minuet says. "It doesn't matter if we get overrun, as long as they hit a home run."

"SEE? HE gets it!"

"Yeah," Repeat agrees. "I really don't see what you're getting all caught up about."

"So you expect us to fight the Matriarch all on our own? A small squadron of heroes who have nothing but silly plot armor to protect them?"

"Yes."

"All because you want to spend time with your partner?"

"Precisely."

"And you don't mind at all that we have to fight hundreds upon thousands of technologically advanced soldiers using only our arrows and spears?"

"Yeah, you're pretty fucked, the way you phrase it, but yup haha it's your problem now, scrubs."

"... I see. And when exactly do you plan to leave for this... 'college?'"

A slight beeping sound can be heard in James's pocket, and he reaches out for his phone. "Ooh, right now, actually," he says. "Let's go, guys."

"What? WAIT!" Cyne retorts, but the Superhumans continue to say quick goodbyes as their bodies all dissolve into thick smoke, the remains rising up to the sky. Cyne reaches out for them desperately, yelling into the air as she does so, refusing to give up their biggest chance of survival. But it's no use, and eventually the smoke itself is lost from her sight.

"... They're right, you know," Minuet says. "Gotta live your life in college and all that,"

"Fool," Cyne replies. "We won't have a life to life without them. We will be doomed."

"I just think you don't see the true value of making out."

"What?"

"I mean, I can show you if you want, now that Trenton is gone--"

"No! No. Shut up. Be quiet. We're done."

OOC: "buff yourselves" she says. Muauahahahahha

IC:
"And now you understand why this must occur" Eridan implored the King, who was clearly deep in thought. He nodded to Lazarus, and the blue walls of their Astral palace faded to the lamp-light corridors they were fleeing though. "Very well" boomed the king, "you may come with me".

Praeno was more surprised than he thought, after all this was as he'd been informed, but Kingsguard was not a title he had neither expected, nor pursued. Keeping his huge shield firmly in his left hand and his large sword secure in his scabbard, he moved into the ranks of Denas' bodyguards, keeping stride with the golden staff firmly in his hand, getting comical looks from civilians to the wide array of accoutrements bunded in a black cloak on his back. They wouldn't be laughing when they did their job.

A reaper came upon them as Eridan rejoined them, and the group split away from Praeno, Denas and he mass of civilians. Burden laughed and opened the page he'd been thumbing, Islanzi the Conquerer, Artes of War, one of his favourites. Chapter IV: Deception, was finished, and the opening of the page removed the shackles they had set upon themselves to avoid unwarranted attention.

Cyndar laughed his high, jaunty cackle and grew a flame between his palms, before flinging it at Lynn and Reg'Son, who both glew with Ethereal Fire. He thrust out his arms and created a huge wall of flame, before hugging himself with them. He could feel the rush of Binary. Shackles or not, he wasn't ready for that yet. Elora screamed her wrathful scream and the air temperature dropped, ice creeping up the body of the Reaper. The rocks below it began to float and crack, even as the beast stabbed a single claw into the ground. Eridan, Reg'Son and Lynn began to cut away at the limb, striking the same place with their Hexes and Curses and Swords, eventually cutting through the steely skin and striking bone, again and again.

Gravitaš drank in the cool air around him through the gap in his black mask and autostretched his fingers. Gravity lessened around the Reaper, which struggled to cling on with the terribly damaged leg. He increased his effects, and the skin, ligaments and muscles on the creature began to split. Soon enough, the cuts into the bone took their toll and it splintered. The Realer flew into the air, before being struck at the tattered claw of a leg by the lightning Zephyrine had been building. With an way into the body, the lightning burst into the body and utterly destoryed it as it flew higher and higher. The bright flash illuminate day the roof of the cavern they were in, which was littered with reapers.

Diadalles shattered a layer of rock on the ceiling, loosening their grip, allowing Gravitaš to intensify and slam them down onto the floor. Everyone grinned, even gravitaš under his mask, and set about their work.

For the last time, Flippz, she was not real.

It didn't help much

Flippz could barely focus on the path and the Stronghold ahead, just reciting that one sentence to herself over and over again. She didn't notice the man on a horse who had left the Stronghold until he was just about three hundred yards away. When she finally saw him, she could already tell apart the rifle. Judging by that weapon and his attire, she concluded that he must've been a local Musketeer. She promptly forgot about her mantra and raised her hands.

He knows. He knows what I did and is coming to kill me.

But it didn't seem so. Yes, that man did point the rifle at her, but didn't fire. Instead, he asked her to identify herself after he'd approached her.
"Flipperine Avantgardery, a yordle courier, here to assist the escort of King Denas to the Stronghold," she presented herself. Mentioning escorting the King reminded her of something.
"Sir, you don't happen to know if he's arrived? I mean the King?"
The man lowered his rifle and looked at her. She did look concerned, the kind of concern only someone telling the truth could express.
"No, not as far as I remember." He paused, not paying attention to Flippz's sorrow look. "Why are you not with them?" he asked, making sure she kept in mind that he was still holding his weapon.
"I separated from the group by accident, sir. I fell in the mines," Flippz answered truthfully.
She fell in the mines. And made it out alive, the man thought and concluded that she must've had been lying. Nevertheless, he didn't shoot her on the spot. Instead, he pulled out a piece of rope that was part of his climbing gear. "We'll wait for them and ask them what the truth is. Drop the weapons in front of you and turn around," he ordered and jumped off the horse as Flippz obeyed, dropping her mace and pistol in the snow and turning her back to him.
The Musketeer approached her and tied her hands behind her back.
An odd creature, she is, he thought and picked up her weapons, not wasting too much time on inspecting them. Instead, he put them into a bag that hung from the saddle.
"Follow me," he issued another order and was ready to jump back on the horse when he remembered how weary she looked. He couldn't leave her to cover the distance back to the Stronghold on foot in that snow. "Wait, no." He turned around and gestured her to come closer, picking her up and allowing her to mount the horse before jumping onto the horseback himself.

With a trot, the horse brought them into the Stronghold. To Flippz's surprise, they went straight into the dungeon. Where she got locked up.

"And now we wait."
"Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants?"

The Lieutenant goes to meet his men, now congregating in the Dungeon entrance, curious of what it is he just brought back. leaving Flippz in the dungeon for the time being

"Wow, you really got it, what is it?" Asked one of the musketeers
"I....don't know, looks like a goblin, but its not green, and it could also talk.........just like us.......anyone know?"
One of the musketeers responds
"I don't know sir, none of us do, maybe its not from this continent, we've never seen anything like it before, otherwise it would be in the encyclopedia."
"Could be....." The Lieutenant ponders, but he soon came to a conclusion "We still haven't had any signs of Denas or Darnell, everyone get back to your posts, i am going to talk with our guest, see what it knows."
"Yes sir!" The rest of the musketeers unanimously agrees and disperses

Lieutenant Tykers goes down to the dungeon, first, he looked at the stuff that he took off the creature
What caught his eye the most is the weapons the courier had been carrying,
hmmm, military substandard 4-shot pistol, used by........a lot, bandits, Darnell, couriers......ehh, Really too imprecise for my taste..... Tykers thinks as he picks it up
Seems to be.....glowing? probably shouldn't fire it..... He puts it back down, switching his gaze to the mace
Seems to be glowing also, how is this possible? he picks it up, Woah....light as a feather, i probably might want to use this.....
Out of curiosity, he tries to swing it softly against a section of the dungeon's brick walls, which the mace managed to put a good hole in one of the bricks.
What the hell? Is this thing Enchanted? Cursed? This 'courier' seems to be more than it meets the eye.... He keeps the mace with him in his belt, and proceeds to Flippz's cell

Tykers walks down to the lower levels of the dungeon where Flippz is being kept, still carrying his rifle, slung to his back
He enters the hallway with the cells, the sound of the door opening and closing echoes through the hall, and he stood in front of Flippz's cell
"Hi there......" Said Tykers, in a deep, soft tone
The creature seems awfully frightened, likely to the combination of Tykers' overall sinister look with the dungeon's silence
"Don't be scared, eh? we're just going to talk......"
"Please.....let me out.....what did i do?"
"I don't know......little goblin......that's why i have to keep you down here, until we really know what's going on"
"I. am not. a goblin...." Flippz's said with a somewhat angry tone

"Then what are you? Why were you with Denas?" Tykers starts asking, "You know, no one that fell into the mines ever made it out, we already lost some men down there......And then there's your weapons, like this one." Tykers raises the mace into view, "seems to be.....not standard issue for a courier"

"That's where you're wrong. That pistol is standard for validated couriers and the mace is my personal weapon of choice," Flippz corrected him. Tykers looked at the weapons again.
"The glow is standard as well?" he asked, making Flippz frown.
So he noticed that, she thought and decided that she would keep telling the truth.
"After I fell in the mines, I was looking for a way back up. I came across this weird fountain that made my weapons glow. It also made them better, at least the mace. It's lighter and it swings better. As for the gun, I am not sure."
Tykers made a mental note that he would need to consult the archives regarding the verity of that statement. Then he shifted his attention to the gun. He remembered hearing the four gunshot earlier that day.
"But you've already fired it afterwards, haven't you?" he asked.

To Flippz, it all clicked. All those questions, that was just a ruse. Telling her that Denas hasn't arrived yet - lies. That man knew perfectly what she did, how she murdered Tristana.
She turned her back to the Musketeer, not answering any more questions, only walking towards what could only formally be called a bed.

"Halt!" the Musketeer suddenly yelled and she could hear a click that signified he was loading his weapon.
"You appear out of nowhere in times of great peril, you carry unidentifiable but dangerous weaponry, you spew fabulations and now you refuse to communicate? You're giving me all the reasons to shoot you right here on the spot. And I don't even know what you are!" he accused her, pointing his weapon at her.
"I'm a yordle!" Flippz cried out as she turned back to him. "And you already know that I killed her!"
The Musketeer cocked his head to the side.
"Killed who?" he asked.
"The other yordle! Tristana!" she confessed.
The man didn't have any idea who she was talking about, but didn't get to interrupt her to ask.
"I shot her. Four times. I saw her fall..." Flippz wasn't even looking at him anymore. She just stared blankly ahead of her, leaning against the bars.
"But who?" the Musketeer asked.
"But she was going to kill me," Flippz continued on her own, ignoring the question.
"Flipperine," the man tried to grab her attention by using her name. But to no avail.
"I had no choice..." Flippz trailed off, tears appearing under her eyes. Something about that made the Musketeer lower his weapon. He decided to let her clear her mind, turned around and left.

Flippz heard the door slamming shut, but it didn't reach her consciousness. She wouldn't realize what that meant until much later.

"I could've just killed you, it would've been faster," came a voice from behind her.

Flippz turned around to see who was talking and saw Tristana standing in the corner of the cell. Her ears excitedly sprang up before she noticed the four bullet wounds in the other Yordle's chest. Flippz seemed to be dealing with a ghost. But she didn't believe in ghosts, so despite the mess her mind was at that point, she managed to scrape enough brainpower to find an explanation for Tristana's appearance.
You're going mad, she thought. There is no Tristana. And suddenly the ghost was gone.
Get some sleep.
With that thought, she laid herself on the rather uncomfortable bed and dozed off in a matter of minutes.

"I'm worried of Jaelyn," Alfred said.
Charlie and Allgeria looked.
"Um.." Charlie responded, "Why?"
"Because..." Alfred tried to explain. "It's my fault that she is that way now."
"Eh?" Allgeria said, puzzled.
Alfred sighed. "Nothing," he said.
The others remained silent. They continued to their adventure with King Denas.

OOC: So much for a "quick" reply consisting of a "short" message with a "small amount" of paragraphs.

<><><><><>

Messages had been sent out in Denas's name as the attack on the Citadel had been drawing closer. One of the messages had reached the Runeterran ears, specifically one yordle mayor and an Ionian emperor who had been both currently seeing each other. As it had been a rather peaceful time, none of them had protested against sending one extraordinarily capable individual from each of the two nations, and these two chosen had travelled to Linirea to assist the King in holding out against the invasion.

Which was the explanation for how both the Swift Scout and the Virtuoso, also known as the Golden Killer, found themselves traversing a foreign continent in an unexpected cooperation. Even though "cooperation" was too nice of a word to describe their constant bickering.

"Look ahead, what do you see?" Teemo the Swift Scout asked, pointing his small yordle finger at the horizon.
"Fields, forests, hills and, of course, the gray sky," Jhin the Virtuoso responded, timing each word of the response to correlate to his long steps.
"Okay, what do you not see?" Teemo asked a slightly different question, his voice getting mildly annoyed.
"If I were to list all of that, the audience would get bored," Jhin evaded a literal answer. Teemo buried his face in his hands for a few seconds.
"Do you see any mountains!?" he asked rather impatiently.
"No mountains. Only hills," came the response from the Virtuoso.
"Precisely!" Teemo exclaimed and stopped before continuing. "There were mountains to the North. I don't think there's any to the South. All the monsters we've slaughtered were headed North as well. It must've been those mountains we passed, that's where we are supposed to go! I told you, we should've gone there, but no, you insisted we turn forty-four degrees instead of the twenty I suggested and guess what! We missed it!"
"Forty-four, twenty, what's the difference other than plot advancement?" Jhin asked and Teemo groaned.
"The state of this continent, maybe?" he suggested. Then a thunder rumbled across the land. They both looked up at the gray sky, then around until they ended up looking at a nearby hill covered in trees.
"That'll do," Teemo nodded.
"Sufficient indeed," Jhin followed and they both set out in the direction of the forest.

It had started raining shortly before they reached the cover that the leaves offered. Both wet, they were more eager to find a hiding place that would protect them from the raindrops completely, as a few had already found their way through the thick foliage.
"There's a chance of lightning, so we are definitely not going up," Teemo stated.
"That would've been a shocking twist," Jhin commented and was met with a subtle groan. "But I believe we could seek refuge over there?" he asked, pointing to their right. Teemo turned around to see that he was pointing in the direction of a cave.
"I mean, we can try," Teemo approved of the decision. They both walked towards the mouth of the cave and inside. The tall human had to hunch a bit. Teemo pulled out a small sphere that lit up after he had given it a shake, revealing their surroundings as they ventured deeper. Turned out it was a sizeable cave.
"Watch your step, Jhin," Teemo suggested after he had noticed the various motionless Reaper carcasses lying around. "Looks like we're not the first place in. Stay alert, we might be headed straight into a lair of sorts." He gripped his blowdart.
"An unexpected plot twist, a masterfully executed finale," Jhin made another comment.
"Finale?" Teemo raised his voice. "I'll tell you what is the finale, our success in this mission is the finale."
"You have no sense of drama."
"You have no sense of rationality."

A voice coming out of the darkness ahead of them put an end to that bickering.
"Creepy voice and squeaky voice, I can hear both of you," a lady spoke out. Teemo put his finger to his lips to suggest that Jhin should remain silent.
"Hello lady voice, we're not coming in to hurt you. We didn't know you were here either, we're just looking for a certain Stronghold," the Scout declared.
The unseen lady finally walked into the light the small globe offered, revealing herself to be a bit younger lady and dressed mostly in red.
"A mountain Stronghold?" she asked.
"Just so happens to be," Teemo responded.
"You're way off. Can't you see there aren't any mountains here?" she asked another question, this time prompting Teemo to cast a sideways (upwards) glance at Jhin.
"If so, where do we go?" the Scout asked.
"You just follow me, we might be heading in the same direction. But don't try any tricks or I'll murder both of you," she proclaimed as she walked past them, causing the Scout's eyebrows to shoot up.

"I like her," Jhin proclaimed as they made their way out of the cavern.
"Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants?"

Jaelyn ran. She ran from her base. Her base where the dead reapers decomposed, and reeked terribly.
Jaelyn walked to a forest, where she could feel the reapers' eyes, straing at her, observing her every move.
She could feel the chills.
Suddenly the earth quaked.
Jaelyn looked around. Hoards of repears and parasites came out, surrounding her, viciously walking towards her. Jaelyn's sweat started to fall from her forehead, she tries to scare them off, but the repears were just too plentiful to scare-off, not to mention just fighting them.
Then, in sudden motion, repears and parasites alike jumped on to Jaelyn, covering her body, biting and eating her alive.
"It's gonna be my death day," thought Jaelyn, "I haven't even killed Alfred yet.."

Tykers ascended from the depths of the dungeon, and went on to meet his men, still carrying the enchanted mace.
"What did the creature say, sir?", a fellow musketeer asked.
"Not much, she said she found something in the mines, and then she said that she killed one of her own kin, I don't know, she looks a bit jumped, give her a break."
"What did she find in the mines?", asked another.
"Something, it changed her weapons, I've never seen anything like it, but then again, I don't know."
"Like the one you have now sir?", a musketeer noticed the mace, now starting to create visible holes in the bag Tykers was carrying it in.
"It seemed to be able to break anything, and it's weightless, I don't know, she could have had it for a long time."
The fellow musketeers in the room could only awe at the eerily glowing mace. Tykers spoke after a few seconds of silence.
"Looks like I am have to read in our archives, see if I can find anything, or see if she's lying. I'll be there if any of you need me."

The Lieutenant left his men and went on to the quieter parts of the stronghold, a small hut, with stairs leading down below ground, into a hallway with some doors. Tykers knew that the main archives were down at the end of the hallway, he went in, the sound of the door closing echoed through the complete quietness of the halls.

Three bullets have swept three Parasytes off the girl's body and the fourth one exploded the head of a Reaper. Other aliens turned to see what fired the bullets, and saw a tall man in a white mask. The fastest of them to approach him went up in explosions of purple fumes and the rest was shot by Jhin after he had reloaded.
Teemo's head popped out of the overgrowth. "That... that worked better than expected," he admitted. Jhin just looked at him.
Then both their gazes turned towards the body.

"She shouldn't have run," Khada Jhin stated sans emotion after they had both realized that there was no help for what was left of the girl. Teemo only nodded sadly.
"We can't waste time here, we have to move on," the Scout stated and looked in the direction which he correctly assumed was North.
"To the audience, that makes us barbarians," Jhin exclaimed.
Teemo started moving. "Jhin, there is no audience. This is just between you and I." The Golden Killer followed him very reluctantly

Flippz's eyes opened at the sound of the dungeon door opening. She didn't bother to raise herself from the bed, she just turned her head to see that it was that Musketeer again who had opened the dungeon.
"You were right!" Tykers announced while approaching the cell. "There is in fact a magical spring in the catacombs, and you're probably in trouble regarding that.
Flippz sighed. The enchanting water was the last of her worries. "What about the King?" she asked.
Tykers stopped in front of her cell. "No sight of him or his party. It's already been quite a while, I hope nothing happened to them," he told her. Then he looked at her in suspicion. Maybe there is more to this being, he thought and then wondered how could a creature like Flippz halt the progress of the party that the King was supposed to be bringing in.
There was a few seconds of silence.
"So you're not killing me?" Flippz broke the silence with a question.
Tykers did a double take and looked at the strap of his rifle. "Kill you? You're not even armed," he said.
"Not you," Flippz explained and sat up. "I'm talking about an execution. For betrayal."
The Musketeer lieutenant frowned. "You're still talking about that other girl?" he asked, starting to suspect that she had done more than murdering a yordle, or whatever those creatures were called. "No," he continued. "Or at least until the King arrives, then we'll see what the truth really is."
They just stared at each other for a while, before they heard the dungeon door opening.
"Lieutenant!" a Musketeer shouted from the door. Tykers turned around, then the other Musketeer continued. "The King's party is in sight!"

Both Musketeers ran out of the dungeons, leaving a pleading yordle behind.

"Jhin."
No response.
"JHIN!"
The Scout's voice bounced off the mountainsides, creating an echo. Upon hearing that, the Virtuoso finally stopped and looked at the yordle, who was insistently pointing to an ornament in carved into the rocky wall that lined one side of the mountain path.
"This should be the fourth time we're passing it," Jhin stated.
Teemo nodded. "We're lost," he admitted. Rage overwhelmed his calmness and he slammed his tiny fists into the ornament. He was planning on leaning against the solid rock and accepting his fate, but was forced to jump back as the ornament started cracking violently. Soon enough light rays came out of the wider cracks and eventually the whole circle that formed the ornament fell apart, the shattered rock disintegrating in the blue light.
Both the Virtuoso and the Swift Scout watched a white silhouette fly out of the hole in the wall, and when the lights died down, the silhouette revealed itself to be an odd figure dressed in a robe.

Before asking the obviously living figure anything, both travellers looked at the hole, noticing the sizeable crystal floating in a cavity that was concealed behind the ornament. The figure turned around, sizing them both up. Teemo was glad that Khada Jhin hadn't immediately reached for his gun.
"I've assumed nobody uses this path anymore," the figure spoke out.
"We're not local," Teemo informed them. "We're just looking for a Stronghold."
"A Stronghold?" the figure wondered. "There is indeed one nearby. I'll lead you to it - if you tell me your intentions."
Teemo felt the mysterious figure's intense gaze. He had no idea what kind of a threat the figure could be, which made him decide against risking and telling a lie. "We've been sent as a help for your King. He's supposed to be in a... Silversword Stronghold right now. But we cannot find it."
The figure squinted before looking at the tall masked man whose behavior didn't change the slightest.
"Well then, follow me. I won't mind heading there as well."
Teemo didn't mention what happened to the last person who had offered to lead them to the Stronghold on the account of heading towards that destination as well.
"Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants?"

Alfred, Allgeria and Charlie got to the Stronghold. The first thing Alfred did was to sleep. Allgeriax was t take a bath. And Charlie, was to eat.

After a few hours, Alfred taked to Allgeria and Charlie about this mission before getting off trail and talking about gossips and stuff like that.

Jaelyn's eyes opened.
"I'm still alive..." she thought.
She stood up, and looked around. It was a gloomy, dark cave with many diamonds and jewels.
"Too bad I can't have them," she thought jealously.
She walked on the route that the cave has provided. She has seen strange creatures, creatures that looks as if they are from hell.
"That's because you are in hell." A voice beckoned in her mind.

Wisps of steam emanated off of Cyndar, such was the heat of his body. The group's adrenaline subsided and they looked around, both them and the cavern they were in covered in gibbs and Reaver parts, their heavy breaths visible in the cold air until Elora let the room warm again. Picking parts of Reaver flesh from their clothes and bodies, Burden removing a part wedged between two pages, the group moved forwards in a close formation, moving as fast as possible without exhaustion while watching their backs for further assaults, they were, after all, a makeshift vanguard protecting the backs of the main group of civilians.

The eerie lamps behind them extinguished as they left them, and darkness flooded more and more of the mountain.

Tykers and the musketeer ran up to the stronghold walls, bands of civilians can be seen along the only road to the stronghold gates

"Open the gates!" Tykers ordered his men
Soon after, The king has entered the stronghold, he seems worst for wear, still carried by his servants of course, but signs of some struggling can be seen in his face
Later, after most of the refugess had entered the stronghold, Tykers went down from the walls and tried to search for his superior, when he notices a figure that looks awfully similar
A creature, carrying a huge cannon, but otherwise is similar to the one in the dungeon

Another yordle? Is this that 'Tristana' that Flipperine kept talking about? Tykers thought to himself
He caught up to her and drew her attention
"you are one of those Yordles? Are you Trist....uhhh....Tristana?" Tykers asked somewhat nervously
Tristana gleefully nodded
"By any chance you met this.....Flipperine? Another Yordle"
"She.....fell into the mines...." Tristana replied slowly
"You might want to come with me" Tykers tells the yordle to come along

Damn, does she even need to aim that thing at all? Tykers thought about Tristana's enormous cannon as he led her to the dungeons
"So, what's with Flippz anyway?" Tristana asked
"We......found her, not too far from the stronghold, she seems to be carrying some pretty interesting stuff"
"What?"
"Yeah, i could barely believe it either, but she seems to be pretty convinced of....killing you"
Tristana didn't reply
"You should probably talk to her"

They opened the door that lead to Flippz's cell, the sound echoed through the hallway, alerting Flippz of what to come

"TRIST! Oh, gosh, Trist!" Flippz exclaimed incoherently, crying tears of joy. Seeing the yordle she thought she had killed alive and well caused a mixture of positive feelings in her and she had trouble expressing them in an orderly manner. Tristana noticed this, but the outburst of happiness was only contagious. Besides, she was glad herself that Flippz had actually somehow survived her pitfall.
Tykers walked up to the cell and looked at Tristana. "So you know her?" he asked the white-haired yordle.
"Positive, sir. We thought she died when we lost her in the mines," Tristana responded. There was an underlying somberity in her voice.
For a split second, Tykers hesitated, wondering if the yordles didn't have any ulterior motives besides helping the King. Then, he unlocked the cell. Flippz immediately genuinely hugged Tristana.
"That man said you killed me?" Tristana asked after they had let go of each other. Flippz frowned.
"It's a long story," she smiled sheepishly and nodded towards the door at the end of the dungeon hall. They both left the dungeon. Tykers wondered whether or not he should have given Flippz her weapons back, but decided that if she wanted them, she'd come to him anyway. After coming to that conclusion, he left the dungeon as well.

Flippz finally rejoined the group of yordles in the Stronghold's courtyard. They were all actually pleased to see her, even Poppy, despite their earlier dispute, and even Veigar.
"Glad to see that it all wasn't an elaborate plan to flee," Poppy noted, but made sure to make it sound as a joke, just how she meant it. Flippz chuckled.
Suddenly, a surprising yet familiar voice came from behind.
"Ah, finally some familiar faces." Everyone turned around to see Teemo, followed by the lanky figure of Jhin.
"Teemo!" Tristana exclaimed and walked up to him. "What are you doing here? And the other guy...?" she spoke for all the other yordles.
"Well, you should know," he smiled at her. "We were sent over to help you."
"Sweet! We'll need all the help we can get."
In the meantime, Lulu approached Jhin. She had to lean back to look in his face.
"You look scary, sir. I'll turn you into something sweeter," she informed him, and subsequently had Tristana jump inbetween them.
"You're not turning anyone," Tristana told Lulu before Jhin could think up a remark. Meanwhile, Teemo noticed that there was only one yordle whom he'd never personally met before.
Flippz felt his gaze and held out her hand. "They picked me up on the way. My name is Flippz," she presented herself.
"I know," Teemo shook her hand with a mysterious smile on his face. Flippz's eyebrows shot up and she almost formed a question about that, when Tristana started speaking to all of them again.
"Okay, it seems we're behind a hurry," she told them, looking at all the humans rushing around them. They all concluded that there was a storm brewing, everybody was getting ready for a battle.
"Then let's face what brought us together," Poppy spoke out in a serious tone. "We all know what to do."
They all just looked at each other, fear creeping into their expressions with the realization that some of them, if not all, might not survive the battle. Then, they slowly started nodding and then walking away upon realizing where they were most needed. Except for Flippz, who had no idea how she could help, so she just went to find her weapons.
"Ian, would you like to go to a party in my pants?"
